How can I place an order?
Our online store is open, and you may place an order at any time for the items you desire. You are also invited to subscribe to our emails to receive updates on new arrivals and product information.
How does your shipping service work?
Our shipping service is provided by FedEx to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
What are the payment options available?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Shop Pay (including installment payments), and bank transfers for trade orders.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log in to your account to view order updates.

Where Do We Ship From?
All of our products are fulfilled from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California.
What is the estimated delivery time for orders?
Delivery usually takes 7–14 days, depending on the distance to your shipping address.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $195 qualify for free shipping. For orders below $195, a standard shipping fee of $25 will be applied.
Do you offer international shipping?

Return and Exchange
What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items. Once a return label has been issued, the item must be shipped back within 30 days.
Products must be unused and in original condition. Custom and final sale items are not eligible for return. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy page.
How can I make an exchange?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to purchase a different item, please place a new order and return the original item(s) following our Returns Policy. This will help us get the new item(s) to you quicker.
The item must be returned and received before a replacement is shipped. Customers are responsible for completing returns through FedEx, including dropping off the package at a FedEx location.
What should I do if the item I received is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If your item is damaged during shipping, please retain the original packaging, take photos, and contact us at info@sundaipicnic.com. We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Rattan Disclaimer
All rattan furniture is handwoven from natural plant rattan. Due to its organic nature, minor imperfections such as spots, knots, black edges, joints, splinters, or nail marks may appear and are part of its artisanal character.
Some pieces are lightly treated to preserve texture and create a subtle vintage look. These natural variations and handcrafted marks are normal and not considered defects. If you prefer furniture without such natural variations, consider alternative materials such as woven rush, kraft paper, or leather weaving.
Due to the natural characteristics of rattan, placing heavy objects on rattan furniture may cause the strands to crush or deform. Frequent movement may lead to breakage of the rattan or damage to the frame.
Rattan Care
Protect from sun and brittleness: Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading and brittleness; use curtains or shades for protection.
Prevent moisture and mold: Ensure good ventilation during humid seasons; immediately blot any water spills with a dry cloth and avoid direct sunlight.
Dust and clean: Gently brush gaps with a soft brush; for stains, lightly wipe along the grain with a mildly soapy damp sponge, then dry thoroughly.
Restore and nourish: Wipe once per season with a mild saltwater solution to maintain flexibility and resilience.
Iron Candlestick Disclaimer
Cast iron candlesticks are naturally prone to surface rust due to the material’s properties. During storage or use, exposure to moisture or very dry conditions may cause light oxidation or rust spots. This is a normal characteristic of cast iron and does not indicate a defect. It also confirms that the product is genuine cast iron rather than an alloy or imitation material.
Minor rusting, patina, or surface discoloration caused by environmental exposure or natural material properties is normal for cast iron products and is not considered a defect.
Iron Candlestick Care
Care Instructions:
Light rust can be gently removed with fine sandpaper or a soft brush.
After cleaning, apply a thin layer of wax or protective oil to prevent further oxidation.
Regular maintenance is recommended to keep the candlestick in good condition.
Avoid prolonged exposure to water or high humidity, and do not place heavy objects on the surface.
The surface finish is intentionally left with a natural, aged patina; no paint or lacquer has been applied.
Linen Disclaimer
Linen pillows are made from natural fibers, which may display minor irregularities such as slubs, slight color variations, or natural creases. These are normal characteristics of linen and are not considered defects.
Linen Care
To care for your pillow:
100% linen pillows should be dry cleaned whenever possible.
If washing covers (if removable) by hand, use cold water (below 30°C) and mild detergent.
Do not tumble dry.
Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
Iron on low heat if desired, or enjoy the natural textured look of linen.
Handle gently to preserve the fibers and prolong the pillow’s lifespan.
